LSWR Adams T3 Class

Original variant of the LSWR T3 Class to diagram E24 designed to fit either the Farish 4P chassis with the cylinders and valve gear removed, or with some modifications can fit to the Dapol Schools chassis as well.

For the 4P chassis, the cylinders and valve gear need to be removed to make it an inside cylinder engine. Can also fit a more modern N Class tender to it using a simple drawbar to allow more pickups for the new motor if intending to replace that though should be wide enough to not require it.
Motor is a Tramfabriek motor for older Farish Standard chassis for about £20

For the Schools chassis, one would still need to do the same as the 4P changes to the chassis, but the printed body would need some material removed from the tender to allow the Schools motor to stick partially out the top of the tender, which should be then covered by plasticard to allow loading with coal, only other change would be to drill out a hole for the drive shaft.

The body should be just about wide enough to allow either option, though filing might be required at the bottom edge of the tender body.
