LBSC Billinton C2X Class - Double Flat Dome

The double dome variant of the LBSC C2X Class to diagram B15 designed to fit either the Farish 4F or C Class chassis, if using the 4F one would need to file down the metal around the firebox, or if using the C Class chassis one would need to add some packing to get it to sit nicely.
